Whether or not they inform the company management of any incriminating images is up to that interviewer. Many people have gotten drunk when they’ve gone to parties, and many have acted in a way they probably wouldn’t want their employer knowing about. The difference between obtaining, or even keeping your employment, will often depend on the decisions you make to notify the online world that you were at a party.
